Southampton Cruise Line TransfersPrivate transfers for every cruise line sailing from Southampton — P&O, Cunard, Royal Caribbean, MSC, Norwegian, Celebrity & Princess. The right terminal, berth and dock gate, every time. Fixed fares, 24/7.
Southampton is home to the UK's biggest cruise fleets, and each line tends to use particular terminals — though the port can move a sailing to a different terminal from one voyage to the next. Whether you're stepping aboard P&O's Britannia from the Mayflower, Cunard's Queen Mary 2 from the Ocean Terminal, or a Norwegian ship from the Horizon terminal, our drivers know which berth and dock gate to use — and meet you inside the arrivals hall with a name board.
Choose executive saloons, MPVs or 8-seater minibuses for cruise families, with the first child seat free and fixed all-inclusive fares. For the full list of routes to the port, see our Southampton cruise port transfer hub, or browse the cruise terminal guide.

The terminals above are where each line usually berths, but the port allocates berths sailing by sailing. Two ships from the same line can be in port on the same day, a ship can be moved to balance passenger numbers, and a newer ship may need a bigger terminal. So the terminal you used last year is not always the one you will use this time.
Your boarding documents or the cruise line's app name the terminal for your sailing. Give us your ship and sailing date when you book, and we check the terminal and the dock gate before the day — and again if the line changes it — so you are dropped at the right door with your cases, not directed across the port.
Flying home after the cruise? We run fixed-fare transfers from every terminal to Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton and London City, each with its own disembarkation timing guide.
Make a day of itWindsor Castle is about 15 minutes from Heathrow, and Salisbury Cathedral and Stonehenge are a short detour west of the usual route. Instead of waiting hours at an airport, turn your departure day into a private tour — your chauffeur keeps your luggage secure in the vehicle while you explore, then drives you on to your flight or hotel.
We arrange bespoke chauffeur sightseeing transfers on request — see our private chauffeur tours or ask for a custom quote.
Cruise line questionsYes. We tailor every transfer to your cruise line and terminal. As a rule P&O and Princess use the Ocean or Mayflower terminal, Cunard mostly Ocean, Royal Caribbean the QEII, Celebrity the City terminal, and MSC and Norwegian the Horizon or City terminal, but the port changes berths from sailing to sailing, so we check your ship and date. Your driver knows the correct dock gate and meet point.
Can I add a sightseeing stop on the way to the airport? +Yes. Windsor Castle is about 15 minutes from Heathrow, and Salisbury Cathedral and Stonehenge are a short detour from the route, so we can plan a private sightseeing stopover — your driver keeps your luggage secure in the vehicle while you tour, then continues to your airport or hotel. Ask for a custom quote.
Which vehicle should I book for a cruise family? +For couples or solo travellers an executive saloon is ideal. Families and groups with heavy cruise luggage should book an MPV (up to 6 passengers and 5 large cases) or an 8-seater minibus (up to 8 passengers and 8 large cases). The first child or booster seat is free on request (£10 for each extra seat).
How much is a transfer from Southampton cruise port to Heathrow? +A fixed-fare private transfer from the Southampton cruise terminals to Heathrow Airport starts from £145, with around 75 minutes' journey time. Central London is from £153 and Gatwick from £154. The price is agreed before booking — no meter, no surge.
Do you track the cruise ship's docking time? +Yes. We monitor your ship's real-time berthing and sailing schedule, so early dockings, customs delays and late arrivals are all covered with no extra waiting charge.
Tell us your cruise line and we'll handle the terminal, berth and dock gate.
