Taxi from QEII Cruise Terminal, Southampton, to Heathrow Airport
Fixed-fare taxi from QEII Cruise Terminal at Berths 38 & 39 straight to Heathrow Airport, from £145 — we confirm your ship is docking at the QEII Terminal before the day, so your driver waits at the right terminal. Your driver meets you dockside at QEII Cruise Terminal's Dock Gate 4 and delivers you to the correct Heathrow terminal for your flight home.
QEII Cruise Terminal's two berths, 38 and 39, are both reached through Dock Gate 4 on the Eastern Docks, the same gate as Ocean Terminal. We confirm your ship is docking here before arranging your collection, so your driver is waiting at the right terminal. From there the run back to Heathrow is the standard 70-mile M3/M25 route.
As with every post-cruise Heathrow transfer, we collect on your actual disembarkation time rather than your ship's scheduled arrival, and if you're flying home the same day we build extra buffer into the pickup — a missed flight is a harder problem to fix than a missed dinner reservation.

Why we confirm your terminal, not just the port
QEII Cruise Terminal is on the Eastern Docks at Berths 38 and 39, reached through Dock Gate 4, the same gate as Ocean Terminal. The Western Docks terminals (City, Mayflower and Horizon) are on the other side of the city, so we confirm your ship is docking at QEII before the day, and your driver is waiting on the right side of the port.
Beyond that, collection follows the same principle as any Southampton terminal: we follow your ship's actual arrival and your real disembarkation group, not the printed schedule, then take the standard M3/M25 route back to Heathrow, about 70 miles and 75 minutes.

M3/M25 to Heathrow The standard route, about 70 miles and 75 minutes, with your flight check-in time already built into the pickup.
How long to allow between docking at QEII Terminal and your Heathrow flight
Step
Typical time
Ship docks to leaving the terminal with your cases
Up to 3 hours, depending on your luggage group
QEII Terminal to Heathrow
About 75 minutes in normal traffic
Heathrow check-in and security before departure
About 2 to 3 hours for an international flight
Ships usually dock early in the morning, so we recommend a flight that leaves after midday, ideally in the early afternoon. A ship that docks an hour late then costs you nothing.
A small detail worth double-checking
Your terminal name is printed on your disembarkation papers and luggage tags. Pass it on when you book, or give us your ship and docking date, and your driver goes straight to the QEII Terminal rather than to the wrong side of the port.
If you're not sure, that's fine too: we confirm it from your ship and date ahead of your disembarkation day.
